The hotel blends beautifully laid out old Arabic charm with modern amenities, offering a comfortable and quiet stay. However, the location lacks a resort hotel feel and can be inconvenient for families without shade in the summer.
The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable, very luxurious, aesthetically pleasing, very quiet, and really clean. The service was very attentive, exceeding my expectations, awesome, and very helpful, with incredible staff, particularly Adrian. The location was lovely, offering a great refreshing experience while enjoying the culture of Sharjah, but it needs a better drainage system and was somewhat affected by the nearby closed Radisson Blu hotel. The dining experience was great with a good selection and ample indoor and outdoor seating, offering a treat in the lengthy a la carte menu.
My stay at the hotel was delightful with exceptionally comfortable rooms that had a very nice design and were decorated with cosy Arabian items. The service was very nice and helpful, making me feel warmly welcomed. The location was like a morning alarm, situated in the historic centre by the creek and close to souks. The dining experience offered a variety of fresh cooked meals, but was a bit disappointing after two nights. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel rooms were outstanding, spacious, and amazing. However, my late checkout request wasn't honored as promised, which was a letdown. The Moroccan restaurant and breakfast options were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable with Duxiana beds, soft bed linen, and extra pillows, making it a cozy and super clean retreat. The service was top-notch, with staff who were not only very friendly and helpful but also went out of their way to make me feel like family. The location, in a small and luxurious oasis, offered a unique experience despite being a bit confined to a small courtyard. While the dining experience was not perfect, the overall value for money was evident in every aspect of my stay.
